Let’s get organized

An updated version of the Club’s organization chart is now available on the website. Along the top menu line of the home page please navigate as follows: The Club > Administration (menu) > Club Organization Chart. Alternatively a link to the chart can be found in the bottom footer of the home page under Quick Links. To better view the chart, you may wish to use the zoom/view feature on your device.

The purpose of this chart is to illustrate the relationships and relative ranks of job positions within the Club.

Our Constitution provides for the management of the Club by an Executive Committee consisting of the President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Immediate Past President, along with up to eight additional members for a total of 14 members. The titles for the additional eight positions can vary over time but all those currently designated Executive are shown in colour on the chart. As can be seen, there are currently only 13 positions shown as Executive, leaving one additional position available should the need arise to enlarge the Committee to its maximum authorized size.
