There is a 14-team limit on entries for this tournament which has now been reached. You can still complete the entry form but your team will be a spare, unless and until another team drops out.

Details of this January 25-27, 2019 two-and-a-half-day, mixed triples, open short mat tournament at Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club appear on the tournament poster.

If you have already registered your team for this tournament, your team members’ names should appear on the List of Tournament Entries. If not, fill out the form below and submit it to register your tournament entry.

1. This entry form is for the January 25-27, 2019 open Mixed Triples Short Mat Tournament at Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club.
2. Registration deadline is January 19, 2019.
3. Except for the Comments section, all fields on the form must be completed, otherwise the form will not submit.
4. You register as a team for this tournament.  Team members do not have to be from the same club. One player must be of a different gender than the others.
5. Complete the identification section below, name your partners, check the REGISTER box, enter any comments or special instructions to the organizers, then register by using the SUBMIT button at the very bottom of the page. You should get an immediate response in bold blue lettering “Thank you for registering . . . “
6. If you do not get the “Thank you . . . ” response, YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED, because you have not fully completed the form. Scroll back over the form; note the highlighted missing information; complete it; and re-submit.
7. You will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation of your submission. If you do not receive such an e-mail, inform Andrew Harley at aharley16@gmail.com.
