2024 BSI Jubilee Pacific Pairs Tournament Entry Form

This entry form is for the Jubilee Pairs, Bowls South Island (BSI) open tournament to be held at Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club June 8-9, 2024.

Players in a pair need not be from a BSI club, nor need they be from the same club. For tournament details see Jubilee Pacific Pairs poster.

  • Jubilee Pacific Pairs online registration form

    Complete the identification section below, starting at PLAYER 1, SKIP. Fill in the details for each of the skip and the lead in the pair; check the REGISTER box; enter comments (if any), then register by using the SUBMIT button at the very bottom of the page. (Note: To use this online form, at least one of the players in the pair must have an e-mail ID.)

    You can also use this form to cancel a previous registration by selecting CANCEL rather than REGISTER.

    All the fields on the form must be completed, except for the Comments section. Unless all the required fields are completed, the form will not submit successfully.

    You will receive an immediate response to your registration followed by a confirmation e-mail from the tournament organizer.

  • Player 1, Skip

    Enter the details for the Skip in your pair
  • Replies will be sent to the email address of the Skip only. But we do need the e-mail addresses of both players. If one of the players does not have an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address of the other player instead. (The form will not submit unless e-mail addresses are supplied for both players.)
  • Select the skip's Bowls South Island (BSI) club from the list of clubs below. If not a member of a BSI Club, type in the club name for the skip under "Other".

  • Player 2, Lead

    Enter the details for the lead in your pair
  • Replies will be sent to the email address of the Skip only. But we do need the e-mail addresses of both players. If one of the players does not have an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address of the other player instead. (The form will not submit unless e-mail addresses are supplied for both players.)
  • Select the lead's Bowls South Island (BSI) club from the list of clubs below. If not a member of a BSI Club, type in the club name for the lead under "Other".

  • REGISTRATION / CANCELLATION

  • Use the space above for messages to the tournament co-ordinator.

  • REGISTRATION ACCEPTANCE

    Check back over your entries. When you are sure that your entries are correct and complete, click on the SUBMIT button below.

    If you have fully completed the form you will receive an immediate "Thanks for registering ..." (in blue lettering) confirmation message after you submit the form.

    Alternatively you will receive "There was a problem with your submission . . .", in which case you have NOT yet registered.

    If there errors, the form will be presented again with the problem fields highlighted in pink (usually missing data). Fill in the missing data, then click on SUBMIT again.

    The skip (only) should receive a notification via e-mail that your entry has been accepted within 24 hours of clicking on the SUBMIT button below.

    Online registrations are shown above on the List of Registered Players (in order of registration).

    As online registrants, the names of your team members should appear immediately.

    1. Select LAWN BOWLING from the green horizontal bar at the top of the screen.
    2. From the dropdown list, select Non-club tournaments (menu) . A sub menu will appear.
    3. Select BSI at OBLBC from the sub-menu. Headings for each of this year's BSI tournaments at OBLBC will appear.
    4. Select your tournament. All the details of the tournament will appear, including the List of Registered Players.
