This registration form is for the Novice/Intermediate Triples, Bowls South Island (BSI) tournament to be held at Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club Saturday June 28 2025

Registration form for the BSI Novice/Intermediate Triples at Oak Bay LBC

  • Novice Intermediate Triples online registration form

    To qualify for the Novice/Intermediate BSI Tournament in 2025, all players in your team must have been bowling for three seasons or less, i.e., club member no earlier than April 2023. All members of the team must be from the same BSI club.

    Complete the identification section below, starting at PLAYER 1, SKIP. Fill in the details for each of the Skip, the Third and the Lead on your team; check the REGISTER box; enter comments (if any), then register by using the SUBMIT button at the very bottom of the page. (Note: To use this online form, at least one of the three players must have an e-mail ID.)

    You can also use this form to cancel a previous registration by selecting CANCEL rather than REGISTER.

    The Oak Bay Club will be providing a burger barbecue for all players. The Club needs to know how much food to order. The form asks you to specify the burger choice for each player.

    All the fields on the form must be completed, except for the Comments section. Unless all the required fields are completed, the form will not submit successfully.

    Email addresses and phone numbers are not published on the OBLBC website. This information is for the benefit of tournament organizers only.

  • Player 1, Skip

    Enter the details for the team Skip
  • Replies will be sent to the email address of the Skip only. But we do need the e-mail addresses of all three players. If one of the players does not have an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address of one of the other players instead. (The form will not submit unless e-mail addresses are supplied for all three players.)
  • Select the Skip's Bowls South Island (BSI) club from the list of clubs below. All members of the team must be from this club.

  • Player 2, Third

    Enter the details for the Third in your team
  • Replies will be sent to the email address of the Skip only. But we do need the e-mail addresses of all three players. If one of the players does not have an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address of one of the other players instead. (The form will not submit unless e-mail addresses are supplied for all three players.)

  • Player 3, Lead

    Enter the details for the team Lead
  • Replies will be sent to the email address of the Skip only. But we do need the e-mail addresses of all three players. If one of the players does not have an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address of one of the other players instead. (The form will not submit unless e-mail addresses are supplied for all three players.)

  • REGISTRATION / CANCELLATION

  • Use the space above for necessary messages to the tournament co-ordinator.

  • REGISTRATION ACCEPTANCE

    Check back over your entries. When you are sure that your entries are correct and complete, click on the green SUBMIT button below.

    If you do not receive an immediate "Thanks for registering ..." (in blue lettering) confirmation message after you submit the form, you have NOT registered.

    Scroll down the screen to read your confirmation message or error message. If you see an error message, check to see that you have completed all the fields on the form. (Incomplete fields are highlighted in pink.) Fill in the missing data, then click on SUBMIT again.

    Once you have successfully submitted the form, the Skip (only) should receive immediate notification via e-mail that your entry has been accepted.
