2025 BSI Silver Tray Tournament Registration

This registration form is for the Silver Tray, Bowls South Island (BSI) women’s pairs tournament to be held at Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club June 24-25, 2025. Registration closes at midnight June 17.

Players in a pair can be from different clubs. For tournament details see Silver Tray poster.

Registration for the 2025 Silver Tray

  • BSI Silver Tray online registration form

    Complete the identification section below, starting at PLAYER 1, SKIP. Fill in the details for each of the skip and the lead in the pair; check the REGISTER box; enter comments (if any), then register by using the SUBMIT button at the very bottom of the page. (Note: To use this online form, at least one of the players in the pair must have an e-mail ID.)

    You can also use this form to cancel a previous registration by selecting CANCEL rather than REGISTER.

    All the fields on the form must be completed, except for the Comments section. Unless all the required fields are completed, the form will not submit successfully.

    You will receive an automatic e-mail response to your registration within minutes. Your registration will be added to the List of Players immediately.

  • Player 1, Skip

    Enter the details for the Skip in your pair
  • An automatic reply will be sent to the email address of the skip within minutes. We need both e-mail addresses, though. If one of the players does not have an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address of the other player instead. (The form will not submit unless e-mail addresses are supplied for both players.)
  • Select the Skip's club from the list of clubs below. Members of the team can be from different clubs. For non-BSI players, select "Other" and type the name of the player's club.

  • Player 2, Lead

    Enter the details for the Lead in your pair
  • An automatic reply will be sent to the email address of the Skip within minutes. We need both e-mail addresses, though. If one of the players does not have an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address of the other player instead. (The form will not submit unless e-mail addresses are supplied for both players.)
  • Select the Lead's club from the list of clubs below. Members of the team can be from different clubs. For non-BSI players, select "Other" and type the name of the player's club.

  • REGISTRATION / CANCELLATION

  • Use the space above for messages to the tournament co-ordinator.

  • REGISTRATION ACCEPTANCE

    Check back over your entries. When you are sure that your entries are correct and complete, click on the green SUBMIT button below.

    If you do not receive an immediate "Thanks for registering ..." (in blue lettering) confirmation message after you submit the form, you have NOT registered.

    Scroll down the screen to read your confirmation message or error message. If you see an error message, check to see that you have completed all the fields on the form. (Incomplete fields are highlighted in pink.) Fill in the missing data, then click on SUBMIT again.

    The skip (only) should receive a notification via e-mail that your entry has been accepted within 24 hours of clicking on the SUBMIT button below.
