This registration form is for the Oak Bay Women’s Fours, Bowls South Island (BSI) tournament to be held at Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club in the evenings of September 8-10, 2026

Players on your team need not be from the same BSI club. For tournament details see Oak Bay Women’s Fours poster.

Even if the tournament has reached 16 team entries, please continue to register. Teams may drop out at the last minute, in which case the next entry on the list is automatically registered to play.

  • Oak Bay Women's Fours online registration form

    Complete the identification section below, starting at PLAYER 1, SKIP. Fill in the details for each of the Skip, Third, Second and the Lead on your team; check the REGISTER box; enter comments (if any), then register by using the SUBMIT button at the very bottom of the page. (Note: To use this online form, at least one of the four players must have an e-mail ID.)

    You can also use this form to cancel a previous registration by selecting CANCEL rather than REGISTER.

    All the fields on the form must be completed, except for the Comments section. Unless all the required fields are completed, the form will not submit successfully.

    You will receive an immediate response to your registration followed by a confirmation e-mail to the Skip from the tournament organizer.

  • Player 1, Skip

    Enter the details for the team Skip
  • Replies will be sent to the email address of the Skip only. But we do need the e-mail addresses of all four players. If one of the players does not have an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address of one of the other players instead. (The form will not submit unless e-mail addresses are supplied for all four players.)
  • Select the Skip's Bowls South Island (BSI) club from the list of clubs below. If not a member of a BSI Club, type in the club name for the Skip under "Other".

  • Player 2, Third

    Enter the details for the Third in your team
  • Replies will be sent to the email address of the Skip only. But we do need the e-mail addresses of all four players. If one of the players does not have an e-mail address, enter the e-mail address of one of the other players instead.   • Select the Third's Bowls South Island (BSI) club from the list of clubs below. If not a member of a BSI Club, type in the club name for the Third under "Other".

  • Player 3, Second

    Check back over your entries. When you are sure that your entries are correct and complete, click on the SUBMIT button below.

    If you do not receive an immediate "Thanks for registering ..." (in blue lettering) confirmation message after you submit the form, you have NOT registered.

    Scroll down the screen to read your confirmation message or error message. If you see an error message, check to see that you have completed all the fields on the form. (Incomplete fields are highlighted in pink.) Fill in the missing data, then click on SUBMIT again.

    Once you have successfully submitted the form, the Skip (only) should receive notification via e-mail that your entry has been accepted.

    Online registrations are immediately shown on the List of Registrants To Date (in reverse order of registration.)
