2026 Entry Form for Social Visit by Central Saanich LBC to Oak Bay LBC

This entry form is for the Central Saanich LBC visit to Oak Bay, which is open to full members of the OBLBC and members of the CSLBC.

You register as a single player for this social event. The organizers assign the players to teams.

If you are sharing a position with another player, only one of you need complete the entry form. Both names will appear on the tournament list of registered players.

Complete the identification section below, check the REGISTER box, enter any comments or special instructions to the organizers, then register by using the SUBMIT button at the very bottom of the page.

You can also use this form to cancel a previous registration.

You will receive an immediate on-screen confirmation of your submission. Your name will also appear immediately on the List of Registered Players for this tournament.
