The Dinner Committee is looking for new ideas and suggestions from the membership to make club dinner events fun for all in the coming year.

Please take a few minutes to fill in this nine-question, multiple-choice survey to help guide our dinner events this year and beyond. Collecting the information from an online survey in this way makes it very easy for us to tabulate the results and give you feedback on the collective thinking of our members.

Please complete this survey on receipt and in any case by May 31, 2018 when the survey will close. Survey results will be reported to the membership before June 15.
