Those of you who approach the south side of OBLBC’s Carnarvon House from Henderson Road rather than from Eastdowne may have noticed in recent weeks that the signage has received a much needed refresh as the before and after pictures will attest. Painting was completed, the very faded plexiglass which covers the vintage glass mural was replaced and new signage was created and put in place. Check it out!
