The Third annual BSI Novice Intermediate Triples Tournament took place on June 28 under perfect weather conditions.
Twenty teams with a total of 60 players showed excellent bowling skills, a keen sense of humour and camaraderie. Teams played four 8-end games over the course of the day. There were more than 40 spectators cheering on their club participants.

Our BBQ and kitchen teams provided BBQ’ed veggie/hamburgers, potato salad, cake and all the “fixings”. Cash prizes were given to the top three teams and three random team draws. To finish the day the 50/50 draw was won by a Lakeside LBC member who won $205.
The tournament’s success was a result of the hard work of those who: looked after the registrations; set up/took down the greens equipment (special thanks to you Steve); Jill Foster our Umpire for the day; the kitchen volunteers; the BBQ team; our bartender; our photographer; and all the participants and spectators. Thanks to all of you for making this a wonderful day.
