One of my clubs, Southport Bowls Club, has a popular and fun Twilight Bowls every Thursday, and I’ve always wanted to play in that. It was a chilly night, but the atmosphere was more than warm from a bunch of fun-loving members. It was great to see them again.
For $15, you get hot snacks during the mid-game and prizes to be grabbed. Caite and I played a good game against a friendly mother and daughter team, and won. Whether you win or lose, one can still win a prize! We won a whopping $30 club voucher each!
