Sixty-four women gathered at Gordon head Lawn Bowling Club for the South Island Women’s Fours. Top three-game winner was a team skipped by Karen Heagle, Cathy Denny 3rd, Kathy Collister (GH) 2nd and Lee Millar lead. Second place three-game winner was Dorothy Verge’s team from Gordon Head. I’m sure the women had a great time at Gordon Head. I know the spectators loved the competition. Karen’s team were deserving winners.
