The weather was perfect, not too hot, not too cold, and the bowlers made some very hot shots. Everyone seemed to enjoy the day, with friendly competition between each team.
The kitchen staff, consisting of Donna Stewart, Mary Tarbotton, and Joyce Mulgrew provided never-ending coffee, tea and delicious treats throughout the day.
The IT team of Beth Christopher and Jan Price made the scoring seamless and free flowing. The tournament managers of Garry Anderson and Linda Cowie did a credible job, finding everyone helpful and cooperative as players shared positions on the teams and acted as spares.
After three 10 end games, the first place winners were Jim Cliff, Raoul Wiart, and Jean Morrison.
Second place went to Mary Magill, Lauren Charlton, Moreen Tremblay, and Paul Tivadar.
Third place winners were Lorne Cowley, Diane McMorran, and Mark Lee.
