I am pleased to announce that Ron Harmer has volunteered to join the Executive Committee. With Ron on the Committee and Barry Hersh returning in April the Executive Committee is at full strength. Not only is Ron a good bowler but he formerly sat on the Executive Committee filling the Vice President, President and Past President roles. In addition he chairs the Website Committee and is Chair of the Bowls South Island (BSI) Council. He brings a wealth of bowling experience and knowledge and is a great addition to the Executive Committee.
There are a host of opportunities where you can help our club so please step forward for at least a few hours now and again. Those opportunities range from baking a few cookies we can freeze to spending an hour helping to register people as they arrive for a tournament.
