Event Details: Click on the coloured event box to show event details , if any.
Different Displays: Select Month, Week or Day at the top of the calendar to show increasing levels of calendar detail.
Moving Backwards and Forwards: Use the single arrows (‘<‘ and ‘>’) at the top of the calendar to go back and forth one page at a time at the displayed level of detail. If you are displaying by week, the arrow will move the calendar by one week. The double arrows (‘<<‘ and ‘>>’) take you to the same date last year or next year. Click on today to return to today’s calendar.
Filtering: Events are colour-coded by category. Red is for tournaments, dark blue is for daily draws, etc. You can cause the calendar to display only events in certain categories by “filtering.” Click on Calendar at the top of the display and select the categories you want; then click Apply Filters. Similarly you can filter on Organizers and Venues. Return to the full calendar by clicking on Show all. The calendar menu contains a number of specialized tournament calendars (short mat, social events, BSI tournaments, etc.),where this filtering is pre-set.
New Events: If you know of an event that should appear on the Calendar, contact Garry Anderson.
Click on the heading at the top of these instructions to hide them.
