Nominations for members of the Club Executive for 2017-18 have to be made 30 days in advance of the upcoming Annual General Meeting, set for October 22, 2017.

The Nominating Committee has almost a full complement of nominees for 2017-18, but is still seeking two members who are prepared to chair a committee, but will not be required to attend Executive meetings.

Voting members have the right to make additional Executive nominations from the floor at the Annual General Meeting, with the agreement of the nominee.
