Congratulations to our Novice Singles Winners for 2024!

The winner of the Novice Women’s event was Susan Buss. Susan will compete at the Novice BSI championship on Saturday Aug. 31 and Sunday Sept. 1 at the Lakehill Club. Games on Saturday will be at 10:00, 12:15 and 2:30. Play continues at the same times on Sunday morning and then the playoff round begins at 2:30. Finishing in second place was Louise deMontigny and Lisa Simonok was third.

The winner of the Novice Men’s event was Raoul Wiart. Raoul will complete at his Novice BSI event on Saturday Sept. 7 and Sunday Sept. 8 at the Victoria Club. Games times on Saturday will be 9:30, 11:45 and 2:15. Play continues at the same time on Sunday morning and then the playoff round begins at 2:15. The remaining competitors in the men’s tournament were John Mayston-Taylor second, Jim Forsyth third, Jack Showers fourth and David Clarke fifth.
