The third summer of cutthroat finished on Sunday, July 28 with a lunch in Carnarvon House for all the players. Chicken pie, Asian salads, blueberries and ice cream were enjoyed. Twenty-nine players signed up with an average of 18 turning up on a Sunday morning. Several players could not attend every session due to holidays but the competition was lively, and “cut throat” was encouraged! Prizes were awarded for the top four players. Thank you to all who volunteered to set up etc, and to Jeff Machan for keeping the scores up to date. See you next year!
