I recently distributed an Events and Schedule document to members and since that time a few amendments were required. Most of the information in this document will be placed on the calendar but we still need members to come forward to help assist in a number of tournaments. If you are unsure of what “assisting in a tournament means” please contact me and I can offer another 1.5 hour session on this topic. If we can’t get the right number of people to assist in these tournaments they will have to be cancelled and that would be unfortunate – and yes you can still play if you are assisting.
