In December 2010 Publicity Director Chris Slade published the results of a comprehensive survey conducted for the purpose of obtaining feedback from members. The results would help guide the Executive in the management of the club. While somewhat dated the survey nevertheless makes an interesting read and allows us to compare our state of the union eight years ago with today.

It is worth noting that many of the major issues and concerns identified by members in 2010 have since been successfully addressed. Our club remains vibrant and well managed. This has much to do with the free exchange of information and ideas encouraged between members and the Executive.

We can confidently look forward to continuing our collective efforts to keep Oak Bay one of the finest lawn bowling clubs in the country.
