Lynn McElroy Memorial Cup Women’s Pairs
Lynn McElroy was very much loved by many who knew her.
Donna Blackstock and Mary Forster were very honoured indeed to play in the finals, and were the winners in the B Division.
Two other teams from our club were in the B Division semi finals and they were: Betty Walker and Karen Evans, and Linda Cowie and Helen Kempster.
The presentation of prizes was an emotional one, with stories of her drive (no pun intended) even in her final days. Her son and grandson were also present at the occasion.
