A mainly sunny day with double digit temperatures allowed what was expected to be an indoor open house to have an outdoor component. Two rinks were set up allowing curious visitors to roll a few bowls and get a sense of the sport of bowls.
Inside both club houses members and guests mingled and discussed the many activities available to members of the Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club. What follows is a collection of photos from today’s open house. Our main open house of the year, scheduled for April 22, is still to come and we expect an even larger turnout.
