Our first group of novices following the April 14th open house are now being coached to learn the basics of lawn bowls. While not a large group, they made up in enthusiasm and dedication what they lacked in numbers.
We look forward to more members of the public attending our next open house on Sunday, April 28th and hope to see our coaches and their assistants kept thoroughly busy. As can be seen in the photos below, many novices are displaying excellent form with the result that the jack is being hit with some frequency. All a good sign of things to come.
