Friday, July 7th combined a Novices’ Pizza Night with our regular Friday Visitors’ Night, the latter being open to the public. A large number of visitors and novice members enjoyed an ideal evening of bowling and pizza. As this was primarily an occasion to welcome our new members, there was no formal recording of the results of the games. It was simply an excellent opportunity to mix and mingle over tasty slices of pizza making for another memorable event at the Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club.
