Oak Bay Club volunteers are making a strong showing at the Nationals.
Almost everywhere one looked on Monday, August 14, an Oak Bay volunteer could be seen contributing to the success of the 2017 National Championships. Over 30 of our club members filled roles such as officials, umpires, and scoreboard flippers. This was an excellent turnout. More days and many more hours of work remain before the closing ceremonies but already Oak Bay is demonstrating a spirit of volunteerism that makes our club second to none. Well done.
