A pot luck lunch was enjoyed by at least 20 bowlers on Friday, to celebrate the seasonal end of the Ladies Friday morning league. The team of Angela Adamek, Mary Burcher, Jackie Mooney, and Pat Thomas succeeded in our goal of encouraging and welcoming our newer bowlers to join us.

The pot luck lunch was a great success coordinated by Angela. Who knew that there were so many talented cooks amongst us? There was a great variety of prizes to choose from, and everyone left with one. Thanks to Karen Evans for her support in arranging several spray chalks for the occasion as well as donating a personal prize of which Jan Price became the happy recipient.

Angela, Jackie and Sheila McCall have agreed to coordinate the league again next year with Mary being Lady Friday as spare. We look forward to another successful season next year, but meanwhile we will enjoy the winter participating in all that our great Club offers.
