The Executive members will provide BBQ’ed Smokies to members who come to the club on Friday October 25 at 6:15. The cost for the BBQ is being covered by the Executive members not from club funds. We just wanted to say thank you to our members for supporting the club.
After the BBQ we will have a short game of lawn bowling and croquet. Following those activities Carnarvon House will be open for chips and drinks.This will be a great opportunity for folks to play under the new lights so hope you will have time to come out.
So we know what our shopping list will be please register on the calendar indicating what type of smokies you would like. If you are bringing a guest please note the number and type of smokies each guest will need. Both players and spectators need to register this way. That registration does not require you to indicate if you will be playing or are a spectator. We will figure out players once everyone arrives. Hope to see you there
